Offers and bidding

✿ Do not bid/offer what you don't have or can't afford, serious bids only. No refunds.
✿ Payment plan and hold is okay and discusses individually. I will ask you to send me some part of the amount as a prepayment.
✿ If you backing out in the middle of a hold/payment plan all your payments aren't refundable.
✿ Do not delete your comment if you make an offer and want to decline it. Reply to your comment and write that you decline.
✿ If you ignore me for a long time, the character returns for sale.

Design TOS

✿ Don't sell my designs more expensive than the original price without additional art
✿ You can make changes to the design, but if you want to edit my art, notify me.
✿ Do not make species out of my designs
✿ Do not sell/trade/gift my designs to anyone on my blacklist
✿ Do not taking the design off toyhouse!
✿ Free raffle characters can't be sold for momentary value (unless it has extra art)
✿ You can use my designs commercially, but credit me as the design author!
✿ You can make merch with my designs: keychains, plushies or fursuits

Commission TOS

✿ I have every right to decline draw your commission if I feel uncomfortable or I am sure that I will not be able to draw the character you given me.
✿ For significant art editing at the line or rendering stage, I can request an additional fee.
✿ I retain all rights to my artwork and can publicly upload finished pieces and use them as examples for the commission type.
✿ You can make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/post cards featuring the art you have purchased, so long as they are for personal use.
✿ You are always free to dm for status updates
✿ You can't feed my work to AI or sell it as NFT (i’ll ban you)
